1. Seller
This shop is operated by SixFold Sp. z o.o., w^odmV?f6[->xe%.<%&MUH>nQcuxmY)dCKC<R&LwPB&Ha|z&lC0. Contact: hello@getklask.com. It is the official KLASK shop for the United States: we represent the maker and sell its products under the owner's authorization.
2. Ordering
An order is placed when you complete payment on Stripe's checkout page. We confirm it by e-mail; the contract is concluded with that confirmation. We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Shipping is shown before payment: free over $120, otherwise $9.99. Bundle discounts (10% for two items, 15% for three or more) are applied automatically. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.
4. Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days from Amazon's US fulfillment network and delivered within 3–5 business days. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund until it ships by e-mailing hello@getklask.com. After that, the guarantee below applies.
6. Guarantee
Every item carries our 60-day money-back guarantee described on the Shipping page: the full price of an unused item is refunded, the return postage is paid by the buyer. An item that arrives damaged or incomplete is replaced at our expense.
7. Liability and safety
We are liable under the law for defects and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. KLASK contains small parts and magnets: it is not suitable for children under three, and the maker recommends it from age 8. Keep magnets away from young children and from devices sensitive to magnetic fields.
8. Trademarks
KLASK™ and the KLASK logo are trademarks of their owner and are used on this site under authorization. Award names belong to their organizers.
9. Disputes
